My approach

Ayurveda is a beautiful, ancient science that teaches us how to live in balance in order to express more fully and vibrantly in life. Based upon the principle of cause and effect- that like attracts like and the opposite brings balance, we can see how the choices we make in our lives are either bringing us closer to or further from wellness.

Being a holistic science, we get to the root cause of the imbalance that is producing unwanted symptoms by first taking a look at one’s personal constitution and then seeing how lifestyle choices are having an impact. From there, we come up with an individualized plan that allows for healing to take place. Sometimes even seemingly small shifts can bring rather profound results. In a time when information on health and wellbeing can be conflicting and confusing, Ayurvedic principals are just as valid and effective today as they were five-thousand years ago.
